It's taste is aweful. It's not even in a bag. I want a refund

We regret to hear that the Diabetes Tea (which states it is bitter in the description) taste exactly as the description states, we pride ourselves on providing high quality products and this review has proven that we are sticking by what we stated. Herbs for Diabetes should always have a bitter taste, this is what counteracts the increased blood sugar levels, as well as strengthens the Pancreas. We would have gladly found a way to remedy your concern had an email been sent to our Customer Service, however we did not receive anything. For future reference, regarding your statement that the tea did not come in a bag... we are unclear of what that means, however we wouldn't recommend consuming any herbal supplements or food that managed to make it's way through the postal service without packaging, that could be very dangerous. - Grace
