This is a long review but needed! When I tell you the power of this herb is real, believe me! I changed my lifestyle for a few reasons, one being really bad menstrual cramps. Once I started to go vegan over 10 years ago, I noticed a shift in my cycle-great! Now that I've eliminated faux meat, another shift but I continued to get 1-3 days of really bad cramps and 2 days of really heavy bleeding. Now that I'm on this alkaline journey and added to this herb to my rotation, my periods are a little lighter and the pain has really decreased. And now I just found out that I have fibroids that were never diagnosed. Needless to say, I'll continue to use this herb as part of my regimen.
